Our August this year has been the wettest and warmest in years.
On Tuesday I woke up to a misty morning
Wednesday saw the filling of the dam. It was a wonderful sight as it has not been this full in a few years, when in the years before it would be overflowing, off and on over winter.
The drains out front were running ( tadpoles soon, Yippy !)
After school for Boo, the boy's went playing in the Dam
All the rain makes it a muddy mess to feed the chickens and ducks

Passion fruit vine is loving were it is, the hens and ducks will get some shade this Summer.
And the new mulberry tree has started to fruit.
Chocolate Brownie Cheesecake, the latest cheesecake recipe that we are trying out. So very delicious.
And that was Tuesday and Wednesday this week, now to get started on Thursday's tidying up and food shop, before school is finished and Boo has friends over.
